Insights from Previous Projects

The SAP S/4HANA transformation at VEDES in August 2023 was a complete success. Thanks to the expertise and commitment of everyone involved, especially our RBOmnishore project manager, Jan Hendrik Henke, we received exceptional support throughout every phase. It’s remarkable how smoothly and efficiently the project unfolded, with both the budget and timeline being strictly adhered to. A big thank you to everyone who played a part in this achievement!

Starting with a historically complex process landscape and a range of customer-specific objects, we first needed to carry out a comprehensive stocktaking exercise and develop a shared transformation strategy, which was then put into action. Additionally, the prerequisites for an S/4HANA transition within the existing SAP system had to be established. Once again, we benefitted from RBOmnishore's experience in similar projects. Indeed, RBOmnishore proved to be a highly competent and capable partner, and their professional, collaborative approach was integral to the success of the project.
