If your customer wants to make a partial or full return, the plugin automatically cancels the previous tax refund and creates a new one for the remaining items.

Country detection

Country Detection is based on customer data
or credit card information, so there’s no need to manually enter the tourist’s country.
This means you can easily inform customers that a tax refund is available for their purchase.

Receipt consolidation

Receipt consolidation lets you create a tax refund for a receipt after the purchase.
You can also consolidate multiple receipts into one refund.
The intelligent validation process is fully automated, meaning cashiers don’t need to hanfle this complex task manually.

Easy installation

This plugin is designed to take care of the work for you. With just a few configuration steps, it’s ready to use.
It automatically detects the configured country of the CCO and adjusts to the legal specifics of that country.

Specifications

Currently, the plugin supports SAP CCO FP 14/15/16 and FP 19 and is available for Germany, Austria, Switzerland, und the Netherlands.
