5. Where do we obtain and from whom do we obtain your data?

We only receive your data from you.

6. What data do we process in the context of the employment relationship?

6.1. Personnel recruitment

As part of the employment relationship, we process the following data from you:

  • Name
  • Address(es)
  • CV and application documents
  • Qualifications
  • Health data

Your personal data is generally collected directly from you as part of the hiring process. We collect this data based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) GDPR – (pre)contractual measures of the employment contract. These data are essential for the performance of the employment relationship.

We use the service provider heroes from WESTPRESS GmbH & Co. KG for this processing. You can find information on how they handle your data at the following link: https://www.westpress.de/datenschutz/.

We store your data for 6 months in case of rejection, based on our legitimate interest. If we accept you, we transfer your data to our personnel file.
