In a previous project at RBOmnishore, we successfully conducted a Brownfield transformation from ECC to S/4HANA for a renowned German wholesaler.
In my role as project manager, I was responsible for project leadership and collaborated closely with the client’s team.
Our consultants not only carried out the technical transformation but also implemented significant optimisation measures, including introducing FIORI and achieving quick wins during the transformation process.
At the same time, we worked closely together with an external service provider, who handled the essential core activities of the project. This required close coordination, especially regarding migration-related aspects.
From project initiation to post Go-Live support, I was personally involved to ensure that the client always had a reliable point of contact throughout the entire project.
The project was successfully launched in the summer of 2023, meeting the allocated timeframe and budget.
